Salary: $165,000 - $185,000 plus bonus and equity.

What you will do
- Serve as the primary strategic leader for Alma’s largest health plan partnerships.
- Develop collaborative relationships with external health plan executives across clinical, product, and sales teams.
- Execute strategic plans to exceed growth and retention targets for each partnership.
- Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate value and link performance to success metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams like Product, Analytics, and Legal to integrate new initiatives.
- Assess competitive market environments to drive retention and sales strategies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or strategic account management within healthcare or healthcare-adjacent industries.
- Extensive experience managing and expanding relationships with national and regional health plans.
- Proven ability to influence senior executives and key business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record in upselling and retaining customers to drive revenue.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
