Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote-first company).

Salary: $165,000 - $185,000 plus bonus and equity.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary strategic leader for Alma’s largest health plan partnerships.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with external health plan executives across clinical, product, and sales teams.
  • Execute strategic plans to exceed growth and retention targets for each partnership.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate value and link performance to success metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like Product, Analytics, and Legal to integrate new initiatives.
  • Assess competitive market environments to drive retention and sales strategies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or strategic account management within healthcare or healthcare-adjacent industries.
  • Extensive experience managing and expanding relationships with national and regional health plans.
  • Proven ability to influence senior executives and key business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated track record in upselling and retaining customers to drive revenue.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
