TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Driving growth by connecting with potential self-care business clients through strategic outbound outreach with an accent on lead qualification and partnership building. Focus on fueling the sales funnel, managing outbound pipelines via Salesforce and Outreach, and achieving revenue-driving KPIs.
Location: Remote (USA). Ineligible for residents of Washington State & Hawaii
Compensation: Base $50,000 per year + variable $35,000 OTE (Total $85,000)

What you will do
- Engage potential clients through strategic outbound outreach via email, phone, and social media.
- Qualify leads by identifying business pain points and introducing appropriate solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule high-quality meetings and demos for Account Executives.
- Maintain expertise in business management software and POS industry trends.
- Meet and exceed activity targets and revenue-driving KPIs.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build connections.
- Tech-savvy self-starter with strong organizational skills.
- Must be based in the USA (excluding Washington and Hawaii).
- Experience in sales, SaaS, or the beauty/self-care industry is a plus.
- Educational background in sales, communication, or business management preferred.
