What you will do
- Own and manage the full sales cycle with current customers, including pipeline building, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by converting free trials, MQLs, and demo requests into paid customers.
- Become an expert on the platform to confidently address customer questions.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demos via web conferencing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Development, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
- Identify new customer segments and proactively source opportunities to improve pipeline quality.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States with hybrid work in Boston office.
- 2+ years of full sales cycle experience with emphasis on expansion through cross-selling and upselling in SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Solution seller mindset: curious, good listener, and highly accountable.
