Salary: $90,000 - $100,000

What you will do

• Manage the daily activities and performance of the service delivery team.
• Oversee deployment automation systems, specifically ImmyBot, and execute automation tasks.
• Conduct weekly 1-on-1 meetings and team meetings to address issues and reinforce training.
• Prepare and configure computers for client setup, including shipment and delivery.
• Maintain accurate client and internal hardware inventories and documentation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for deployment-related feedback and client issues.

Requirements

• Must be able to work fully on-site in San Ramon, CA.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a team lead or management role.
• 2-3 years of related experience in IT, preferably within an MSP environment.
• Strong proficiency in Windows and Mac setup, including MDM management.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and client service skills.

Nice to have

• Former MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a computer-related field.
