TL;DR
Sr Corporate Systems Engineer (Collaboration Platforms): Managing and governing global collaboration tools like Google Workspace and Slack with an accent on Tier 3 technical support and platform administration. Focus on optimizing collaboration stacks, supporting C-level executives, and maintaining AV infrastructure at the NYC Global HQ.

Location: Must be based in New York City (NYC Global HQ)

Salary: $94,000 - $160,000

What you will do

  • Administer and govern Google Workspace and Slack, managing user lifecycles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Manage the broader collaboration stack, including productivity tools like Monday.com and Notion.
  • Provide white-glove technical support to C-level executives and leadership across all devices and tools.
  • Triage and resolve high-level technical issues within the Corporate Systems ticketing queue to meet SLAs.
  • Develop and curate SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and self-service documentation for the knowledge base.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to the remote IT support team to increase first-touch resolution rates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of corporate IT support experience with demonstrated Tier 2/3 troubleshooting capability.
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Workspace and Slack administration is required.
  • Strong experience supporting and troubleshooting macOS and Windows OS is required.
  • Hands-on experience managing conference room AV systems and collaboration technology is required.
  • Experience with ITSM/ticketing platforms such as Freshservice or ServiceNow.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Okta, JAMF, and/or Workspace ONE.
  • Knowledge of enterprise conferencing platforms (Google Meet, Zoom, MS Teams).
  • Experience with IT onboarding processes and hardware logistics.
