What you will do

• Lead and oversee all phases of designated IT projects and initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, reports, and success criteria.
• Facilitate operational checkpoint activities and lead project communications.
• Document, assess, and resolve high-priority project risks and obstacles.
• Review and provide guidance on development, testing, and implementation plans.
• Ensure adherence to project methodology standards and business requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in The Woodlands, TX
• 7-10 years of experience in analysis, design, development, or implementation of IT solutions.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field.
• Industry-recognized project management certification or 10 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Industry-recognized Scrum Master certification or 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

Nice to have

• 5-7 years of project and process management experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Graduate degree.
