Business Analyst (Reporting and Analytics)

Location: Fully remote within the Continental United States

Salary: $81,850 - $105,000 annually

What you will do

• Analyze business user needs and document them as epics, user stories, and tasks for agile scrum teams
• Perform gap analysis between current systems and user operational requirements
• Elicit and document functional and cross-functional requirements from stakeholders
• Support design, configuration, and implementation of Appian Business Process Models
• Create and maintain standard system requirement documents and business process workflows
• Define test scenarios and support system and user acceptance testing

Requirements

• Must be located within the Continental United States for this fully remote role
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field with 5+ years of experience
• 3+ years functional experience with Appian or similar BPM products
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and reporting/analytics
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in agile teams
• Ability to obtain and maintain Suitability/Public Trust clearance

Nice to have

• 2+ years recent federal government software development project experience
• Experience as a functional analyst for product implementation
• 3+ years experience with Agile Framework
