Business Analyst

What you will do

• Generate market insights and competitive benchmarks to inform acquisition strategy and offer design.
• Evaluate and improve business processes, workflows, and systems to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
• Translate complex business needs into clear functional or technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses to track performance and KPIs.
• Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder meetings and workshops to align priorities and resolve conflicts.
• Champion process refinement initiatives, including standardization and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Marketing, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or strategic planning.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with reporting and dashboarding tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms.
• Must be based in the United States and eligible to work in the US.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment and respond to business emergencies as needed.
