What you will do

• Independently produce accurate, on-time policy analysis covering federal, state, and local legislative developments.
• Deliver recurring written outputs including summaries, trackers, reports, and briefings.
• Manage personal workload across multiple deadlines while flagging risks or blockers early.
• Support senior team members in client calls and meetings to manage relationships.
• Adopt and utilize hirify.global tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve output quality.
• Relay client and product feedback to internal teams to inform continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in policy research, government, or consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in political science, government, economics, public policy, or a related subject.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for synthesizing complex information.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Willingness to adopt new technology and AI-assisted workflows.
