TL;DR

Salary: $95,000 – $105,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Review account activity and payment approval requests using AI-assisted analysis to flag anomalies.
  • Identify suspicious activity and fraud patterns while implementing regulatory requirements.
  • Suggest and document process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Balance compliance needs with user experience by analyzing large datasets and drafting communications.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, support, and business teams to support scalable growth.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Americas (US or Canada).
  • At least 2 years of experience in an operational, compliance, or related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to use LLMs or automation for productivity.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to explain complex topics simply.
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.

  • Previous experience in a startup or fintech environment.
