What you will do

• Own the product strategy and execution for the Grader, a key tool for transforming the customer journey.
• Increase conversion rates by evolving the Grader into a comprehensive growth system across acquisition and post-purchase launch.
• Identify and resolve user trust and drop-off points to streamline the path to joining the platform.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to build high-trust, high-converting product experiences.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Sales, and Marketing to align the product roadmap with broader growth goals.
• Use data and customer insights to prioritize high-leverage opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada
• 5+ years of product management experience
• Proven track record of shipping software that delivers measurable customer impact
• Strong data fluency and ability to integrate quantitative and qualitative insights
• Ability to handle technical complexity and communicate effectively with engineering teams
• Excellent product sense and deep customer empathy
