What you will do

• Analyze and implement financial and operational infrastructure for clients in the outsourcing space.
• Manage client relationships and serve as a brand ambassador for the firm.
• Mentor and develop team members while providing strategic direction.
• Design and vet solutions for complex client issues, executing projects with minimal guidance.
• Leverage emerging technologies, automation, and AI tools to drive operational efficiency and innovation.
• Maintain operational awareness of client portfolios through regular interactions with project leads.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (accounting or finance preferred).
• Prior consulting experience with a proven ability to manage multiple client service teams.
• Strong foundation in GAAP concepts and financial reporting.
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for distilling technical concepts.
