What you will do

• Execute high-volume promotional programs for assigned pharmaceutical client accounts.
• Serve as the primary liaison between sales representatives, healthcare professionals, and internal teams.
• Manage end-to-end logistics including speaker coordination, travel, venue sourcing, and AV setup.
• Handle attendee communications, data entry, and meeting material distribution.
• Ensure compliance with client financial regulations and the Sunshine Act.
• Perform budget reconciliation and deliver program status reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing pharmaceutical speaker bureau programs.
• Strong working knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance guidelines and the Sunshine Act.
• Proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with tight deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in Chicago, Illinois.
