What you will do

  • Own end-to-end paid search campaigns, specifically focusing on Shopping and Performance Max channels.
  • Manage and optimize 7-figure paid media budgets to drive top-line sales growth.
  • Leverage AI workflows for keyword bidding, KPI optimization, and ad copy generation at scale.
  • Define and execute experiments to iterate on channel performance and enhance conversion.
  • Collaborate with internal analysts to derive data insights and inform media strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to expand into additional PPC growth channels as the program matures.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in search campaign management, preferably in direct-to-consumer or agency environments.
  • Strong technical expertise in paid search performance tactics and automation trends.
  • Proven track record of managing 7-figure paid media budgets.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for SEM optimization and campaign deployment.
  • Proficiency with web analytics platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Search, and Google Analytics.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Austin, TX as the role is hybrid.
