What you will do

• Own and scale the email and lifecycle strategy across the entire user journey.
• Design and execute multi-channel programs including email, in-product messaging, and notifications.
• Build personalization frameworks rooted in behavioral data and user intent.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to implement lifecycle tooling and automation infrastructure.
• Develop and run A/B tests to continuously improve activation, retention, and conversion.
• Write compelling, on-brand copy for technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, email, or CRM marketing.
• Proven track record in product-led growth or developer-focused environments.
• Strong copywriting skills for technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like Customer.io, Braze, or HubSpot.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to pull data and translate results into strategy.
• Working knowledge of email deliverability, list hygiene, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

Nice to have

• Experience marketing to developer, research, or technical audiences.
• Familiarity with the AI/ML landscape and model evaluation concepts.
• Experience using AI tools and agents to scale output.
