What you will do

  • Lead the Brand-to-Demand continuum, aligning top-of-funnel brand narratives with bottom-of-funnel conversion tactics.
  • Develop and implement a multi-channel demand generation strategy encompassing paid media, email, social, webinars, and events.
  • Manage digital campaigns hands-on, utilizing A/B testing frameworks and real-time adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Optimize the company website and partner with revenue operations to build marketing automation engines and lead workflows.
  • Create a content ecosystem that educates brokers and HR professionals to move prospects toward advocacy.
  • Identify and apply AI and automation tools to improve productivity and optimize campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 8-10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, specifically scaling efforts in high-growth environments.
  • Deep expertise in B2B Healthcare or adjacent HR/employer benefits markets strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot/Marketo), CRM systems, and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Ability to simplify complex healthcare and financial concepts into disruptive stories for C-suite executives.
