What you will do
- Own the full execution and performance of paid social and paid media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and Bing.
- Develop and implement strategic optimizations to improve campaign performance relative to client goals.
- Manage client budgets and provide proactive recommendations based on performance data.
- Create and present performance reports, using data to tell a compelling story to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with account leadership and specialists to evolve media strategies and ensure cross-channel alignment.
- Utilize AI technologies and the proprietary Nova ecosystem to enhance business processes and campaign results.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, including 1-2 years in an agency setting.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Direct Response marketing (E-Commerce, Lead Gen, or B2B).
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Search Engine Marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and the Google/Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and paid media strategy.
