Location: Must be based in or able to work from Deerfield, IL or San Francisco, CA offices (Hybrid: Remote Mondays and Fridays)
Salary: $90,000 - $143,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead cross-functional business and engineering teams through platform projects from inception to completion.
- Manage product development and supply chain activities, focusing on speed to market, schedule, budget, and cost.
- Utilize the product development process to ensure finished goods meet business requirements for quality and customer expectations.
- Represent global product development with internal and external stakeholders, including business units and suppliers.
- Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies while ensuring executive gate reviews are conducted accurately.
- Perform post-launch reviews to ensure business profitability targets are met and report on gaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience leading projects and programs in new product development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel; SAP or Oracle experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes such as injection molding, casting, and forging.
- Experience with engineering principles including FMEA, DOE, QFD, DFA, and DFMA.
- Experience working in an Agile team structure.
- Must be able to travel domestically up to 15% of the time.
