What you will do

• Drive the full production ramp for Spector IBD and Lumina MOCVD systems by managing integrated program plans.
• Build and maintain a risk management framework to identify and mitigate schedule, supply, and quality risks.
• Establish shift-left testing strategies to move validation upstream and shorten cycle times.
• Align engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure component performance and specification compliance.
• Own financial performance, including gross margin tracking and budget recommendations for executive leadership.
• Coordinate with production managers and contract manufacturers on capacity, staffing, and operational readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in semiconductor, aerospace, or high-precision manufacturing.
• Hands-on proficiency with ERP systems like SAP for production planning and materials management.
• Deep familiarity with lean manufacturing principles including takt time, value stream mapping, and flow optimization.
• Ability to travel to contract manufacturer and supplier sites up to 30% of the time.
• Demonstrated experience translating complex program data into executive-level summaries.
