What you will do
- Lead end-to-end execution of multiple New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from concept design through process validation and manufacturing release.
- Develop integrated program plans, schedules, and milestones while driving accountability across cross-functional teams.
- Partner with Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, and Software engineering teams to identify risks and facilitate technical trade-offs.
- Manage program scope, cost, and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) to achieve design-to-cost objectives.
- Coordinate process validation, manufacturing readiness, and product transfer to Sustaining Engineering and Continuous Product Improvement teams.
- Coordinate activities for customer-site evaluation tools and early product deployments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional engineering, product development, or NPI programs.
- Strong technical acumen in electromechanical systems and semiconductor or capital equipment environments.
- Proficiency in MS Project, SAP (ERP/MRP), and familiarity with CAD tools such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
- Must be based in or be able to work from Beverly, MA.
