What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of multiple New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from concept design through process validation and manufacturing release.
• Develop integrated program plans, schedules, and milestones while driving accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, and Software engineering teams to identify risks and facilitate technical trade-offs.
• Manage program scope, cost, and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) to achieve design-to-cost objectives.
• Coordinate process validation, manufacturing readiness, and product transfer to Sustaining Engineering and Continuous Product Improvement teams.
• Coordinate activities for customer-site evaluation tools and early product deployments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional engineering, product development, or NPI programs.
• Strong technical acumen in electromechanical systems and semiconductor or capital equipment environments.
• Proficiency in MS Project, SAP (ERP/MRP), and familiarity with CAD tools such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Beverly, MA.
