Salary: $154,000–$286,000

• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Monitor and report project progress, problems, and solutions to stakeholders.
• Manage customer engagements, including project and relationship management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering teams to ensure efficient execution.
• Coordinate R&D development projects within a matrix organizational structure.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience.
• Hands-on experience in digital and mixed-signal IP design or SoC development.
• Proven track record of managing designs and teams from conception to manufacturing.
• Knowledge of end-to-end design flow and tools from architecture to GDS.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
