Compensation: $165,000–$300,000 OTE

What you will do
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the government payments ecosystem.
- Identify and develop relationships with payment processors, software platforms, and fintech providers.
- Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through contract signature.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and trade associations.
- Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Legal teams to launch integrations and unblock deals.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert on government payment workflows and market trends.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, payments, fintech, or govtech.
- Deep understanding of the government payments ecosystem and public-sector contract environments.
- Proven track record in sourcing, negotiating, and closing strategic partnerships.
- Experience building new markets or business initiatives from the ground up.
- AI fluency with active use of AI tools for research and decision-making.

- Existing relationships with payment processors or software platforms serving government-adjacent workflows.
- Experience launching initiatives in highly regulated environments.
- Demonstrated success in scaling a new market vertical.
