What you will do

• Design and build high-scale Customer Care and Identity systems using React, TypeScript, and Java/Node.js.
• Lead AI-first development workflows by utilizing markdown specifications to drive AI-assisted code generation.
• Own complex full-stack features end-to-end, from technical requirements to production monitoring.
• Implement AI-driven efficiencies to automate repetitive tasks and improve team-wide productivity.
• Optimize system performance by diagnosing bottlenecks and using AI-assisted profiling tools.
• Mentor engineers and raise standards through peer reviews and detailed design sessions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5–8 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java for backend services.
• Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Proven expertise in prompt engineering and structured interaction with AI development environments.
• Ability to critically audit, validate, and debug AI-generated code for security and performance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and auth protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML).
• Cloud platform experience (GCP, AWS) and infrastructure-as-code.
• Familiarity with observability tools like Splunk, Grafana, or DataDog.
• Exposure to web accessibility (WCAG) and internationalization (i18n).
