What you will do

• Decompose complex business problems into specifications for AI agents to implement.
• Design and maintain migration pipelines from legacy Oracle schemas to a modern PostgreSQL environment.
• Implement automated reconciliation machinery to provide government-grade evidence of data integrity.
• Conduct legacy archaeology to extract and document business rules from PL/SQL packages.
• Develop transactional schemas using Prisma and design Change Data Capture workflows.
• Build vertical slices of capability, including React-based admin UIs and Node.js API endpoints.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a U.S. SECRET clearance.
• 7+ years of experience building and operating production data systems.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI development tools like Claude Code or Codex.
• Strong track record with relational data systems, schema design, and performance tuning.
• Ability to read and reason about PL/SQL and legacy database logic.
• Professional fluency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.

Nice to have

• Experience with heterogeneous migrations from Oracle to PostgreSQL.
• Background in financial data systems or environments subject to federal audit standards.
• Experience with AWS GovCloud, CDK, and containerized deployments.
• Prior work in a regulated government environment such as FedRAMP or RMF.
