Salary: $180,000 – $200,000 USD

What you will do

• Own fullstack features end-to-end, from design and release through maintenance.
• Develop and maintain robust integrations for payments, gift cards, and other external systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally in a meeting-light environment without a traditional Product Manager.
• Debug production issues across the stack and make pragmatic architecture decisions for scale and reliability.
• Utilize AI tools like Claude and Devin as a force multiplier in daily development workflows.

Requirements

• Strong track record as a fullstack engineer with production experience across frontend and backend services.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Commitment to an AI-first development workflow using AI coding tools and agents.
• High bias towards action and the ability to iterate quickly in a small-team environment.
• Solid systems judgment and comfort with reasoning about scale, reliability, and trade-offs.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the stack: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node, GraphQL, and Postgres.
• Experience with multi-tenant platforms.
