What you will do

• Build and ship full-stack features that directly impact revenue, conversion, and retention metrics.
• Design technical architecture for growth experiments, lifecycle flows, and monetization mechanics.
• Implement and analyze A/B experiments to drive data-informed product iterations.
• Integrate AI coding tools into the daily workflow and share best practices with the squad.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers in fast feedback loops.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a high-performance engineering culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Must be based in or willing to commute to Boston regularly for in-person collaboration.
• Proven track record of shipping production features and iterating quickly.
• Active, fluent use of AI coding tools in daily development.
• Experience with A/B testing, feature flags, and data-driven engineering.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical trade-offs clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience in growth engineering (conversion optimization, referral loops).
• Familiarity with building or integrating AI-powered features (LLMs, RAG).
• Background in high-growth marketplaces or two-sided platforms.
