What you will do

• Design and build core platform capabilities to advance AI-powered agentic developer workflows.
• Collaborate with principal engineers and product teams to translate requirements into executable engineering work.
• Uphold API governance, security standards, and backward compatibility for public-facing surfaces.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, design feedback, and pairing.
• Participate in architectural discussions and build-vs-integrate decisions for platform components.
• Write clear technical documentation for features and contribute to internal knowledge bases.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with senior-level ownership of complex production systems.
• 8+ years of JVM-based backend development (Java or Kotlin) with Spring Boot.
• 8+ years of proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and React.
• 5+ years of experience developing RESTful APIs and managing third-party integrations.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience deploying and operating production services in a cloud-native environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LangChain or comparable LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud development technologies (AWS, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Experience with AI coding agents like Cursor, Claude Code, or Windsurf.
• Background in application observability and metrics instrumentation.
