What you will do

• Decompose complex business problems into precise specifications for AI agent implementation.
• Design and maintain repeatable migration pipelines from legacy Oracle schemas to PostgreSQL.
• Develop automated reconciliation machinery to ensure financial-grade data integrity.
• Perform legacy archaeology by analyzing PL/SQL packages to extract business rules.
• Build vertical slices of capability including React admin UIs and Node.js API endpoints.
• Implement rigorous human-review processes for all agent-generated code to ensure federal compliance.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a U.S. SECRET clearance.
• 3+ years of experience building and operating production data systems.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI development tools like Claude Code or Codex.
• Strong proficiency in relational database design, migration, and performance tuning.
• Professional fluency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and CI/CD fundamentals.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle to PostgreSQL migrations.
• Background in financial data systems or federal audit standards.
• Familiarity with AWS GovCloud, CDK, and containerized deployments (EKS/ECS).
• Prior work in regulated government environments (FedRAMP, RMF).
