Distribution & Transportation Senior Supervisor (MedTech)

Location: Neuss, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany; additional posting locations are Beerse and Antwerp, Belgium, and High Wycombe, United Kingdom.

Salary: €75,000–€118,450 per year in the primary posting location. Additional ranges: €72,500–€115,230 in Belgium and £49,300–£79,695 in the UK.

What you will do

• Oversee distribution operating budgets and deliver cost-improvement projects.
• Manage warehouse and last-mile distribution activities to meet customer and operational KPIs.
• Ensure GxP, quality, EHS&S, and process compliance across warehouse and transport operations.
• Support commercial and contract discussions with 3PLs and transport providers.
• Lead business reviews with logistics and transport service providers, coordinating with Quality Assurance, Customer Service, and other departments.
• Improve processes using data insights and digital tools, while managing deviations, incidents, launch readiness, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or another business discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of distribution and transportation operations, technologies, and processes.
• Fluent English and strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and related analytical tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate in a highly matrixed, multicultural organization.

Nice to have

• Experience with coaching, demand forecasting, distribution resource planning, inventory optimization, order management, and expense controls.
• Experience with strategic supply chain management, efficiency analysis, and transportation or warehouse management.
