What you will do

  • Formulate and execute territory strategies to identify and qualify high-value enterprise opportunities.
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes for complex, transformational technology deals.
  • Engage C-level stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and IT to position AI-led value propositions.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline with disciplined CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Solution Consultants, Legal, and Professional Services.
  • Collaborate with Product and Success teams to integrate customer feedback into the roadmap.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience selling complex enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Proven track record of closing multi-million dollar deals in SaaS, BPO, or e-commerce.
  • Extensive experience in strategic value-based selling and complex business case definition.
  • English proficiency required for global stakeholder management.
  • Deep understanding of AI, automation, and digital transformation landscapes.
  • Operational excellence in managing long sales cycles and mastering the MEDDPICC framework.
