TL;DR
Account Executive (AI): Building the first dedicated Canadian go-to-market team and managing a portfolio of corporate accounts with an accent on conversational AI and outbound prospecting. Focus on developing a Canadian sales playbook, identifying new business opportunities, and scaling revenue through breakthrough voice technology.
Location: Remote (Must be based in Canada, strong preference for Toronto)

What you will do
- Build and manage a growing portfolio of new corporate accounts adopting conversational AI to meet revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities where conversational AI can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency.
- Develop your own pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting in partnership with the SDR team.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases and emerging trends.
- Partner with organizations to generate new experiences and monetization opportunities using voice technology.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to self-source pipeline and execute a disciplined outbound motion.
- Ability to thrive in autonomy and ambiguity, taking ownership without direction.
- Excellent communication skills to maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Must be based in Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API platforms.
- Experience selling technical solutions to product, engineering, or innovation teams.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
