UX Researcher (Robotics)

Location: USA Wilmington, MA - HQ; hybrid work

Salary: $96,000–$132,000 base salary per year

What you will do

• Design and conduct resonance testing to evaluate user reactions, emotional responses, and alignment with robotics interface concepts.
• Plan and execute concept validation studies for supply chain robotics solutions.
• Lead usability testing for prototypes, existing systems, and new features.
• Gather user insights through interviews, surveys, observations, and other qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Analyze and synthesize findings into reports, presentations, and visualizations with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and engineers while advocating for user-centered design.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional UX research experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, Anthropology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in resonance testing, concept validation, and usability testing methodologies.
• Experience with Miro, UserTesting, Lookback, or similar research platforms.
• Familiarity with Excel, SPSS, Tableau, or similar data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with technical systems, robotics, supply chain operations, or integrated hardware-software products.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG.
