Salary: 28.94 - 38.46 CAD per hour

What you will do
- Independently manage customer-site projects including waste identification, collection, and lab packing.
- Ensure all waste handling, labeling, and transportation activities comply with TDG and Ontario regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping manifests and regulatory documentation.
- Identify reactive or unstable chemicals and coordinate safe handling procedures with leadership.
- Perform quality control on waste streams and manage inbound/outbound shipments.
- Train, mentor, and coach junior staff members on safety and operational procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2-5 years of experience in hazardous waste management, environmental services, or chemical handling.
- Valid Class G driver's licence with a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry 50lbs and work in confined spaces or from heights.
- Ability to wear a full-face respirator.
- Must be available for travel to customer sites (up to 15% overnight travel).
Nice to have
- Diploma or degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or Chemical Technology.
- TDG certification.
- 40-hour HAZWOPER certification.
- Experience with RPRA manifesting systems.
