Salary: $55,000–$60,000 base annually; $83,000–$87,000 OTE; uncapped commissions

What you will do
- Generate qualified meetings and opportunities within the automotive business vertical.
- Run an ongoing outbound, account-based strategy to drive new business for the sales team.
- Manage an inbound lead pipeline and apply social selling tactics to convert leads.
- Partner with Account Executives to develop territory and account plans.
- Track activity metrics, meetings set metrics, outreach cadence expectations, and bookings.
- Use sales and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Hubspot) to execute outreach and pipeline management.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in an SDR role with a monthly performance target, preferably in B2B SaaS and/or automotive.
- Proven track record of strategic outreach that measurably improves lead conversion, pipeline generation, and bookings.
- Experience with outbound cold calling.
- Experience working in a field-based, team-selling environment.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills; excellent oral and written communication.
- Ability to work in the United States (identity and eligibility verification required upon hire).
