Salary: $75,000–$105,000 USD

What you will do

• Coordinate complex project initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are effectively managed.
• Manage project schedules, status reporting, and risk tracking, escalating issues as necessary.
• Analyze project and operational data to generate actionable insights and performance metrics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, IT, and Product to align priorities.
• Support budget tracking, forecasting, and CAPEX monitoring.
• Drive process improvement initiatives, including the rollout and adoption of new workflows and tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a technical environment.
• Associates degree in a Business or Technical field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools like MS Project or Jira.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Reno or Las Vegas, NV.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Navision.
• Familiarity with Lean methodologies and process improvement tools.
