TL;DR

What you will do

  • Manage the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to ensure milestones are met on time.
  • Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports for multiple initiatives.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Brand, Creative, Community, PR, and Development teams.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks to develop effective solutions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and track action items to ensure team alignment.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to support marketing asset development.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of project management, marketing operations, or production experience in entertainment or digital media.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Airtable.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting game marketing campaigns or live-service content initiatives.
  • Familiarity with game development and publishing processes.
  • Experience working with creative teams and marketing asset production workflows.
  • Passion for video games and interactive entertainment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or project management.
