Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 USD

What you will do

  • Architect and build custom tooling integrating Rippling, Greenhouse, Pave, and Radford into a unified data environment.
  • Design and deploy automated benchmarking and compensation structure processes using real-time market data.
  • Build and maintain AI-powered workflows to automate manual compensation tasks and surface actionable insights.
  • Support annual compensation review cycles through data modeling and system administration.
  • Manage monthly equity grant approval motions in partnership with Finance and Legal.
  • Collaborate with Talent to build agentic tools for real-time compensation recommendations.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Demonstrated experience building with AI tools, including prompting, scripting, or constructing workflows with LLMs or AI APIs.
  • Strong proficiency in data tools and scripting (Python, SQL) for building automated pipelines and analytical tooling.
  • Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and translate findings for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with HRIS, ATS, or people systems like Rippling, Greenhouse, Pave, or Radford.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratch.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with global compensation frameworks and multi-geography pay structures.
  • Experience with equity compensation administration and grant workflows.
  • Background in data engineering, BI tooling, or building internal dashboards.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth technology or e-commerce company.
  • Experience scoping or implementing agentic AI workflows in an HR context.
