What you will do
- Architect and build custom tooling integrating Rippling, Greenhouse, Pave, and Radford into a unified data environment.
- Design and deploy automated benchmarking and compensation structure processes using real-time market data.
- Build and maintain AI-powered workflows to automate manual compensation tasks and surface actionable insights.
- Support annual compensation review cycles through data modeling and system administration.
- Manage monthly equity grant approval motions in partnership with Finance and Legal.
- Collaborate with Talent to build agentic tools for real-time compensation recommendations.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Demonstrated experience building with AI tools, including prompting, scripting, or constructing workflows with LLMs or AI APIs.
- Strong proficiency in data tools and scripting (Python, SQL) for building automated pipelines and analytical tooling.
- Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and translate findings for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with HRIS, ATS, or people systems like Rippling, Greenhouse, Pave, or Radford.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with global compensation frameworks and multi-geography pay structures.
- Experience with equity compensation administration and grant workflows.
- Background in data engineering, BI tooling, or building internal dashboards.
- Prior experience in a high-growth technology or e-commerce company.
- Experience scoping or implementing agentic AI workflows in an HR context.
