TL;DR

Business Development Representative (SaaS): Driving revenue growth for the Fin Sales organization through strategic pipeline generation within the enterprise segment with an accent on account-based prospecting and multi-threaded outreach. Focus on engaging senior stakeholders at large organizations and building a high-quality pipeline to support enterprise expansion across North America.

Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

Compensation: $87,287 – $110,725 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Own and prioritize a named book of enterprise accounts in partnership with Account Executives.
  • Generate new business pipeline through multi-threaded outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Engage executive-level buyers (VP, C-Suite) with insight-led messaging.
  • Execute account-based prospecting strategies to map buying groups within complex organizations.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales Operations to improve pipeline generation processes.
  • Mentor newer team members and contribute to a collaborative sales culture.

Requirements

  • Must have proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
  • 1+ year of customer-facing work experience, preferably in Sales or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of account-based outreach and multi-threading strategies.
  • Ability to craft compelling messaging for executive audiences.
  • Operational excellence in managing large account lists and CRM hygiene.
  • Growth mindset with a proactive approach to feedback and quota achievement.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, 6sense, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
