TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (AI): Driving growth for a disruptive SaaS platform by building pipeline and qualifying enterprise leads with an accent on outbound prospecting and technical value translation. Focus on mastering AI and computer vision workflows to effectively engage manufacturing stakeholders and support the GTM team.
Location: Must be based in New York, NY (3-4 days per week in office required)

What you will do
- Generate meetings through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound prospecting.
- Translate complex AI and computer vision technology into clear business value for non-technical buyers.
- Manage lead activity and track progress within the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and attend customer meetings.
- Maintain high-level knowledge of the SaaS platform to provide effective introductions.
- Participate in sales meetings, vendor training, and industry trade shows.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to the NYC office 3-4 days per week.
- 1+ years of experience in SDR, Inside Sales, or BDR roles within Software or SaaS.
- Strong communication skills for in-person, phone, and written customer interactions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- High ownership, pragmatic judgment, and a proactive, independent mindset.
- Proficiency in managing time effectively and working independently.
Nice to have
- Experience selling AI/ML SaaS use cases.
- Background in targeting the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Hubspot, or Outreach.
