What you will do

• Define and execute Ai4's long-term vision as a leading global artificial intelligence brand and premier AI event.
• Drive commercial growth across sponsorship, exhibitions, registrations, strategic partnerships, and new revenue opportunities.
• Lead the design and delivery of high-quality events, including production, programming, hospitality, networking, and customer experience.
• Develop scalable operating models, infrastructure, systems, KPIs, and organizational capabilities for rapid growth.
• Work across Sales, Marketing, Content, Operations, Finance, and Product to strengthen brand awareness and international reach.
• Build and inspire a high-performing leadership team and foster accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Significant senior leadership experience in large-scale exhibitions, conferences, festivals, media brands, or other high-growth customer-focused businesses.
• Proven success scaling brands, driving sustained commercial growth, and leading organizations through rapid expansion.
• Experience delivering world-class live experiences with strong production quality, operational excellence, and customer focus.
• Strong commercial, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic execution skills.
• Interest in artificial intelligence; direct experience applying AI is advantageous.
• Authentic, collaborative leadership style with high emotional intelligence, sound judgment, ambition, and resilience.
