What you will do

• Partner with the CRO to define and implement sales strategies, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Streamline sales processes, including pipeline management, CRM optimization, and sales enablement.
• Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution.
• Monitor sales KPIs and conduct data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and revenue attainment.
• Contribute to sales operations and business development while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Act as a liaison between sales leadership and executive teams to ensure strategic alignment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in sales operations, business development, or strategy.
• Proven background in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software industries.
• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Expertise in translating business goals into actionable sales plans.
• Executive-level communication skills with experience creating board-level presentations.
• Must be based in Toronto, Miami, or New York.
