What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing communication plans for the assigned territory.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with schools and lenders to drive retention and sales.
• Execute lead generation activities and represent the brand at state, regional, and national conferences.
• Educate and train customers on products and services to ensure effective implementation.
• Collaborate with internal creative and production teams to ensure brand consistency across all initiatives.
• Measure and report on key performance metrics to evaluate sales success and strategy effectiveness.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in financial aid or private loans.
• Strong background in sales and marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel during fall and spring peak conference seasons.
