hirify.global is hiring a Senior CRM Manager to own customer lifecycle marketing and strengthen CRM capability.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver a customer lifecycle CRM strategy across acquisition, onboarding, retention, and win-back.
• Build and optimise automated customer journeys across email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone, and other key channels.
• Drive segmentation, personalisation, and testing to improve engagement, conversion, and customer value.
• Partner with sales, product, and customer service to deliver a seamless customer experience across touchpoints.
• Analyse campaign and customer performance data to identify opportunities and continuously improve results.

Requirements

• Direct experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, segmentation, and reporting.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels (hands-on delivery plus ownership).
• SQL experience to build audiences and targeting segments.
• Proven success leading CRM or lifecycle marketing programmes in a customer-focused, data-led environment.
• Excellent analytical and commercial skills using customer insight for decision-making.
• Right to work in the UK required; no sponsorship available.
