Salary: $114,200–$139,600 annually.

What you will do

• Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, digital, print, and social channels.
• Design and manage automated marketing journeys, workflows, and triggered communications.
• Manage marketing technology platforms including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and similar tools.
• Lead quality assurance efforts to ensure all communications are functional and error-free.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights for future strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including data engineering and digital marketing to deliver automated solutions.

Requirements

• Must be a resident of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, NC, CA, or VA.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing technology initiatives with a focus on email and journey delivery.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Stensul, Hubspot, or equivalent tools.
• Strong ability to translate technical requirements into business needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional planning, project management, and data analytics capabilities.
