Account Manager

What you will do

• Proactively seek new contracts and manage existing accounts to meet monthly sales quotas.
• Prepare and deliver professional job proposals, estimates, and presentations to prospective customers.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing to align with customer needs and business objectives.
• Conduct job site visits to assess project status and determine the scope of prospective work.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and manage payment collection processes when necessary.
• Complete comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Strong business acumen with a proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage conflict and work collaboratively within a team.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
