What you will do

• Create clear, step-by-step guides and documentation for internal processes.
• Maintain and update process maps, reports, and dashboards.
• Track key operational metrics and analyze data to identify improvements.
• Support small-scale projects aimed at improving ways of working.
• Manage self-service pages and help guides for employees.
• Test and roll out new operational workflows and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in London (Hybrid).
• Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
• Excellent writing skills for explaining complex processes simply.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage tasks and deadlines independently.
• Collaborative mindset and comfort working with diverse teams.
