What you will do

  • Prospect target accounts via phone, email, and social media to generate qualified meetings.
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and the website.
  • Conduct structured discovery calls to ensure lead quality before hand-off to field sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing on outreach campaigns and provide feedback on messaging and targeting.
  • Maintain a predictable pipeline and report on activity and meeting metrics.
  • Execute a high cadence of personalized outreach across various channels.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as an SDR, Inside Sales, or XDR.
  • Hands-on experience with cold calling, video, email, and social media outreach.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity and meeting quotas.
  • Experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
  • Deep understanding of the SDR process from initial touch to conversion.
