TL;DR

Sales Development Representative II (SaaS): Accelerating pipeline generation and supporting revenue growth through consultative outreach to inbound and outbound prospects with an accent on qualifying opportunities and identifying customer pain points. Focus on executing lead management processes, mentoring junior SDRs, and collaborating with Account Executives to optimize sales conversion.

Location: Must be based in the hirify.global office in Westlake, Texas

What you will do

  • Execute the Lead & Opportunity Management process to consistently build and mature the sales pipeline.
  • Drive inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting efforts across target accounts and segments.
  • Qualify prospects through discovery conversations to identify business needs, pain points, and buying intent.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for calls, meetings, and pipeline generation.
  • Partner with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified opportunities.
  • Support onboarding and mentoring of SDR I team members by sharing best practices.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Development or inside sales, preferably within SaaS or technology.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation and activity targets.
  • Strong prospecting skills and experience conducting discovery conversations using a structured methodology.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms.
  • Must be based in Westlake, Texas
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
