Location: Must be based in the US (Remote or Hybrid in New York, NY).
Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 per year.

What you will do
- Develop visual brand strategies that align with business objectives and project goals.
- Build and evolve brand guidelines to establish sophisticated visual systems for marketing and product.
- Conceptualize and design high-converting marketing materials including paid social, display ads, email, and landing pages.
- Present creative concepts to cross-functional stakeholders clearly and compellingly.
- Drive project timelines, manage deadlines, and proactively address blockers.
- Mentor team members through design critiques to elevate overall design quality.
Requirements
- 10+ years of visual design experience with a strong focus on branding and performance marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, websites, campaigns, and performance marketing projects.
- Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing principles and website design best practices.
- Must be based in the US for this role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder collaboration.
