What you will do

• Develop visual brand strategies that align with business objectives and project goals.
• Build and evolve brand guidelines to establish sophisticated visual systems for marketing and product.
• Conceptualize and design high-converting marketing materials including paid social, display ads, email, and landing pages.
• Present creative concepts to cross-functional stakeholders clearly and compellingly.
• Drive project timelines, manage deadlines, and proactively address blockers.
• Mentor team members through design critiques to elevate overall design quality.

Requirements

• 10+ years of visual design experience with a strong focus on branding and performance marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, websites, campaigns, and performance marketing projects.
• Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing principles and website design best practices.
• Must be based in the US for this role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder collaboration.
