TL;DR

Director, Integrated Demand Programs (AI): Leading global integrated demand generation strategies for AI and cloud solutions with an accent on full-funnel performance, pipeline growth, and revenue impact. Focus on orchestrating multi-channel campaigns, leveraging agentic AI for marketing automation, and driving cross-functional alignment with Sales and Product teams.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute global integrated demand campaigns aligned with company priorities including AI and industry solutions.
  • Own pipeline targets and marketing-sourced revenue, ensuring alignment with Sales on ICP and GTM priorities.
  • Orchestrate end-to-end campaign lifecycles across digital, field marketing, content, and lifecycle programs.
  • Build scalable, repeatable campaign frameworks for regional and field teams to deploy.
  • Drive the adoption of agentic AI to automate and scale campaign creation, segmentation, and optimization.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Brand, and Marketing Operations to ensure consistent messaging.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaigns.
  • Proven track record of leading global, multi-channel demand programs and driving measurable revenue impact.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI or agentic AI in marketing workflows.
  • Strong proficiency in ABM, marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot), and CRM (Salesforce).
  • Experience partnering closely with enterprise sales teams to align on pipeline and account targeting.
  • Must be based in the USA to fulfill the requirements of this remote role.
